Acceptable Use Policy

Version 2026-10-07 · Last updated

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses MixSongs. If you break it, we may refuse to process content and suspend or terminate your account, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities.

You must not use MixSongs to:

  1. Infringe rights. Process, reproduce, distribute or publish audio, or results derived from it, in a way that infringes copyright, neighbouring rights, trademarks, rights of publicity or privacy, or any other right, or without the licences and permissions the law requires.
  2. Circumvent protection. Process audio obtained by circumventing technical protection measures (DRM, encryption, stream-ripping in breach of a platform’s terms), or help others to do so.
  3. Create unlawful or harmful content. Make content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening or that exploits minors; or impersonate a real person’s voice to deceive, defraud or harm them.
  4. Train AI on others’ work without rights. Use the Service to extract stems or datasets from works you do not have rights to, in order to train machine-learning models.
  5. Abuse the Service. Overload, probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems without written permission. Interfere with other users, introduce malware, or bypass or manipulate authentication, the credit system, rate limits, file-size or duration limits, or bot protection.
  6. Automate or scrape. Access the Service with bots, scripts or automated tools (other than ordinary browser features), or scrape the website.
  7. Resell or white-label. Sell, rent, sublicense or provide access to the Service, its credits or its AI separation as a service to others, or use the Service to build a competing product.
  8. Defraud. Use stolen payment methods, make fraudulent chargebacks, create multiple accounts to obtain benefits or evade a suspension, or provide false information.
  9. Break the law. Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, including export-control and sanctions laws, or from a country or by a person subject to comprehensive sanctions.
