Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

The free features of MixSongs (mixing, editing and export) cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. This policy covers AI separation credit packs.

1. 14-day refund window

You can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date:

• No credits used from the pack: full refund.
• Some credits used: we refund the unused credits pro rata. For example, if 10 of 15 credits are unused, you receive 10/15 of the price paid. The separations already performed used paid GPU time and cannot be returned.
• All credits used: no refund under this section, except as described in section 2 or where the law requires.

2. Technical failures, always covered

• If a separation fails for a technical reason, its credit is returned to your balance automatically, at any time and with no request needed.
• If a technical problem on our side made the credits you bought unusable and we could not fix it within a reasonable time, contact us. You will receive a refund for the affected credits even after 14 days.

3. How to request a refund

• Go to paddle.net, find your order with the email you used at checkout, and request a refund there; or
• email [email protected] (or reply to your Paddle receipt) with your order number.

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. What happens to your credits

When a refund is approved, the corresponding credits are removed from your account. If you had already used them, your balance may become negative, and AI features stay paused until the balance is positive again.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually resolve problems faster. Credits bought with a payment that is charged back are removed, and accounts involved in fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, when you buy credits you request immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal ends for any part of the service already performed once you use a credit. Our voluntary 14-day refund in section 1 still applies to unused credits.
